We're at a time where nobody knows what will click. It still blows my mind that OpenAI almost didn't go ALL IN on ChatGPT. Can you imagine that world? After launch, ChatGPT was growing fast, but people didn't really know what to use it for. Sam said a lot of people inside OpenAI thought the growth wasn't sustainable, and they had a list of 5 or 6 other things to focus on instead. Then Sam talked to Peter Thiel, who told him it would be "an obvious mistake to do anything but this." So they went all in. My point is that things keep changing. Nobody, not even the big AI labs, knows what's going to work. All they're betting on is that if the smartest people in the world come together and keep building, iterating, changing and failing, they'll eventually succeed. That's all. Tibo @thsottiaux Things will change again and again and again. We’re still very early and agents today are incredible, and yet so frustrating still. Can’t wait to crack things to get that flow state back. Long journey ahead. 🔗 View Quoted Tweet 💬 5 🔄 0 ❤️ 0 👀 2120 📊 4 ⚡ Powered by xgo.ing
